Bad Astronomy

I haven’t done one of these in a while (not since I moved to Slate at least), but there’s still a long list of cool stuff I want. And yeah, I really want this:

Credenza with the full Moon glowing on it
A glowing Moon credenza by artist Sotirios Papadopoulos. Not recommended for lycanthropes.

That’s a credenza designed by artist Sotirios Papadopoulos. It’s coated with (what I suspect but cannot be sure is) a glow-in-the-dark material, and what it does is give you a photo-realistic view of the Moon on it. Which is just way too cool.

Even if I could afford it (the price isn’t listed, but instead is “Available On Request”; never good sign) I doubt I could get one. Only 24 were made, which, when you think about it, is only two for every human who has ever (so far) walked on the Moon.

Oh well. The credenza I can’t get would’ve clashed with the Moon throw pillow I don’t have, anyway.

Tip o’ the astrolabe to LaughingSquid.
