October 17, 2010: Unable to get traction against Paul in his Senate race, Kentucky Attorney General Jack Conway launches an ad reminding voters of the “Aqua Buddha” story.

November 2, 2010: Rand Paul defeats Conway.

October 19, 2011: Todd P’Pool, the Republican running against Conway and losing by around 25 points, reminds voters that Conway once ran an Aqua Buddha ad.

You’ve got to love how Conway’s “lies” are never explained, and how P’Pool’s essential goodness is revealed by a shot of him praying at the dinner table.
