Lunch: babaganoush, whole-wheat pita, salad, olive oil. Cost: about $4.

Dinner: peanut butter, honey, and apple slices on whole-wheat with skim milk. Cost: about $1.68.

Total cost: $7.17. Also had two cups of tea, 50 cents, so $7.67 total.
