Slate’s Mistakes for the Week of Feb. 14

In a Feb. 17 Sports, Alex Kirshner misstated professional golfer Adam Scott’s age. Scott is 41, not 48.

In a Feb. 15 Medical Examiner, Abdullah Shihipar misidentified the Occupational Safety and Health Administration as the Occupational Hazard and Safety Administration.

A Feb. 12 Amicus show page misspelled Madison Cawthorn’s last name.
