In a Jan. 6 Jurisprudence, Jeremy Stahl misstated that six women had been charged in Capitol riot cases in D.C. Superior Court. The number was seven.

In a Jan. 4 Jurisprudence, Dahlia Lithwick misidentified Garry Wills as Gary Willis.

In a Dec. 10 Movies, Ellin Stein incorrectly implied that Sen. Joseph McCarthy led the House Un-American Activities Committee. McCarthy had no direct involvement with HUAC.
