Slate’s Mistakes for the Week of Jan. 10

In a Jan. 14 Medical Examiner, Shannon Palus misspelled Bob Wachter’s last name and misidentified his university. He works at the University of California, San Francisco, not the University of San Francisco.

In a Jan. 13 Music, Chris White misspelled the character Mirabel Madrigal’s first name.

In a Jan. 11 Brow Beat, Lili Loofbourow misstated when Bob Saget died. It was Sunday, not Monday.

In a Jan. 10 Metropolis, Henry Grabar misspelled Oscar Newman’s last name.
