Slate’s Mistakes for the Week of Dec. 13

Due to a photo provider error, the caption of the photo in a Dec. 17 Life misidentified Nancy Reagan.

In a Dec. 16 Dear Prudence, Jenée Desmond-Harris misspelled Aubrey Gordon’s first name.

In a Dec. 15 Future Tense, Suzanne Nossel misspelled WhatsApp.

In a Dec. 15 Jurisprudence, Dahlia Lithwick and Mark Joseph Stern misidentified the university where Andrew Koppelman is a law professor. It is Northwestern University, not Northwest University.

In a Dec. 15 Metropolis, Henry Grabar mistook the material of the bulletproof vest he wore. It was Kevlar, not Mylar.

In a Dec. 13 Television, Sam Adams misstated the title of the Season 3 finale of Succession. It is “All the Bells Say,” not “And the Bells Say.”
