Due to a production error, a photo caption in an Oct. 4 History misidentified the Bible Museum Münster in Germany as the Museum of the Bible in D.C.

In an Oct. 1 Television, Allegra Frank misstated that a 4:3 aspect ratio was four-by-three inches on 35 mm film stock.
