In a May 14 Faith-Based, Aymann Ismail misspelled Ziad Tayeh’s last name.

In a May 14 Politics, Chris Kirk and Mark Joseph Stern misspelled Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards’ first name.

In a May 14 War Stories, Fred Kaplan misstated Michael Hayden’s rank. He retired as a general, not a lieutenant general.

In a May 13 Slatest, Elliot Hannon misspelled the name of the Loretto Federal Correctional Institution.

Due to a production error, a May 13 Television misidentified photos of Midge Costanza and Annie Parisse as Jean O’Leary and Anna Douglas, and vice versa.

Due to an editing error, a May 12 Future Tense misidentified Seth Kaplan’s podcast Airlines Confidential as Airline Confidential.

In a May 11 Future Tense, Payal Dhar misspelled Sidharth Deb’s first name and misgendered Vidya Subramanian.
