Ted Henken is an associate professor of sociology and Latin American studies at Baruch College, City University of New York. He is the co-editor of Cuba’s Digital Revolution: Citizen Innovation and State Policy, published by the University of Florida Press. He also writes the annual "Freedom on the Net" report on Cuba for Freedom House.
