João Marinotti is an associate professor of law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, an affiliated fellow at the Yale Law School Information Society Project, and a fellow at Indiana University's Center for Intellectual Property Research. His prior affiliations include the Center for Quantum Networks and the Harvard Law School Project on the Foundations of Private Law.
