
Republicans, Clinton, and China

Their specific complaint is that the president has not punished the Chinese for stealing U.S. atomic secrets. One year ago, Jacob Weisberg explained that presidents are always accused of being soft on China, usually by critics who have the luxury of rhetoric rather than the responsibility of actually making foreign policy.
