Telemarketers Hang Up the FTC

On Tuesday an Oklahoma federal court blocked the Federal Trade Commission from enforcing its national "Do Not Call" list, which was due to become active on Oct. 1. In this "Moneybox," Daniel Gross explained why telemarketers are up in arms about the list and whether it will really cost 2 million jobs, as its critics claim.
