
Will the Supreme Court Kill Affirmative Action?

Bollinger, both of which were brought against the University of Michigan by rejected white applicants. Last December, Michael Kinsley weighed in on the cases and their potential to overthrow the 1978 University of California v. Bakke, the legal precedent for today's affirmative action programs.
