It's an incredible site on which they've built a bunch of bank branches. I was at a lecture there last month and the place already smells moldy. Burned to a crisp would be a sound outcome from a cost-benefit point of view. They could start over and do a better job, while providing lots of badly needed construction jobs. ... 3:16 P.M.
